At My Pretty Gift, all of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Products

As all items are personalised and created to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Under UK consumer law, personalised and custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all personalisation details, including names, dates, messages, colours, and spelling, are entered correctly when placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for mistakes made by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect dates
  • Incorrect names or wording
  • Incorrect personalisation details submitted during ordering

All sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by us.

If We Make a Mistake

If your order arrives with an error that differs from the details you provided, you are entitled to either:

  • A full refund; or
  • A replacement item

The choice is yours. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the item and your order details.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement item; or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.
