Processing Times

As all of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow 1–5 working days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your item is on its way.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, My Pretty Gift is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked Services (where selected): Delivery times will vary according to the service purchased

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, and promotional events.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering.

My Pretty Gift cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

A parcel will not be considered lost until the timeframe specified by Royal Mail has passed. We may be unable to offer a replacement or refund until Royal Mail has completed its investigation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review the information and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
